Privacy Policy

Mobile games and applications published by Kacerik Spreafico

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games and applications published by Kacerik Spreafico (collectively, the “Games” or the “Service”).

Kacerik Spreafico (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates and publishes mobile games and applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use our Service, how that information may be used and shared, and the choices and rights available to you.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Our Games generally do not require you to create an account or provide your name, postal address, phone number, or other direct identifiers. However, if you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we and our advertising or technology partners may automatically collect certain technical, usage, and advertising information, including:

The exact information collected may depend on your device, operating system, region, privacy settings, consent choices, the version of the Game, and the third-party services active in that Game.

2. Advertising and Mediation Services

Our Games may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open, or other advertisements. We use Unity LevelPlay as an advertising mediation platform. Mediation allows multiple advertising networks to compete to display an advertisement in the Service.

Depending on availability, region, device, consent status, and Game configuration, the advertising partners used through LevelPlay may include the following:

Service provider Purpose Privacy information
Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads Advertising mediation, ad delivery, measurement, reporting, fraud prevention, and personalized or non-personalized advertising. Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy
Google AdMob Ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, analytics, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Google Privacy Policy
Pangle / TikTok for Business Ad delivery, measurement, optimization, attribution, reporting, and fraud prevention. Pangle Privacy Information
Liftoff Monetize / Vungle Ad delivery, interest-based advertising where permitted, measurement, attribution, reporting, and fraud prevention. Liftoff Privacy Policy

These third parties may act as independent data controllers for information they collect through their SDKs. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. The list of active advertising partners may change when we update our mediation configuration or SDK integrations.

3. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Where permitted by applicable law and your device settings, advertising partners may use advertising identifiers and information about your activity to show ads that may be more relevant to your interests, measure campaign performance, limit repeated ads, and prevent invalid traffic or fraud.

If consent is not provided, tracking permission is denied, or personalized advertising is otherwise unavailable, you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads. These ads may be selected using information such as the Game you are using, your approximate location, device type, or the content being displayed rather than a profile based on activity across other companies’ apps or websites.

4. Apple App Tracking Transparency

On supported Apple devices, our Games may display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) permission request before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

You may choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track.” Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from playing the Game, and you may still see advertisements. However, those advertisements may be less personalized. You can change your choice later in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Mobile applications do not always use browser cookies in the same way as websites. However, we and our service providers may use SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, pixels, tags, APIs, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, deliver and measure ads, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

If this Privacy Policy is viewed on our website, the website hosting provider or embedded third-party content may also use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection laws apply, information may be processed on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, performance of a service you requested, compliance with a legal obligation, and our or a third party’s legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the Service, preventing fraud, improving performance, and displaying non-personalized advertising.

You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

8. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with:

We do not knowingly sell directly identifying information such as your name or email address. Certain privacy laws may define some advertising-related disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising. Available opt-out rights are described below.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods under their privacy policies.

10. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission, mobile communication, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing practices.

You can also manage privacy through the following methods:

Advertising partners may provide additional controls. For example, Unity provides privacy controls within supported ads, Google provides advertising controls, and Liftoff provides an interest-based advertising opt-out page. Requests sent to us regarding data controlled independently by an advertising partner may need to be submitted directly to that partner.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children below the applicable minimum age.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete the information when required. Third-party advertising partners may process device or advertising information according to the child-directed settings, age signals, consent signals, and legal requirements applicable to the specific Game and region.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service or advertisements displayed in the Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each third-party service you access.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Games, SDKs, advertising partners, legal obligations, or privacy practices. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Changes become effective when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
